On 13^th, May, Jiangxi Province key project”Jiangxi Province natural gas first project” in fengcheng city, Jiangxi Province pull the pipe successfully, this project is designed by Zhongyuan petroleum survey (usgs) engineering construction corporation, executed by Jiangsu Keyi Communication Equipment Co., LTD, construction equipment is Goodeng machine” GD8000-LL” horizontal directional drilling machine. 

Jiangxi Province natural gas first project---- Ganjiang River directional drilling crossing project, horizontal crossing length is 1887.52meters, pipe crossing actual length is 1890.34meters (ganjiang river width 1363.82meters, beach and river levee 526.52meters). Crossing pipe specificationΦ508×10L415 longitudinal submerged arc welding pipe, the anticorrosion for the pipe outside use intensive three-level PE anticorrosion. Crossing entry angle is 9°, exit angle is 6°, crossing part curvature radius is 762meters(1500D). This project need to pass through Jiangxi ganjiang river, the soil condition is very complex, the crossing part is composed of fault zone, pebbles, sand, thick soft soil(including lots of pebbles) and so on, to form hole is very difficult. The angle, direction angle is hard to control, the construction difficulty can be imagined. This project is domestic biggest, longest, most complex soil condition trenchless directional crossing project in recent year.
